Aastha Bahl
Taking inspiration from traditional techniques like block printing and embroidery, Aastha takes Winter/Festive 2011-12 forward to include her first Indo-Western collection. The garments are worked upon by intricate embroidery in a bright color palette for the festive season. The freshness of spring is maintained in the S/S 2012 line with block printed off whites and embroidered summer brights. A graduate from NIFT New Delhi, she started her label ‘Mistletoe’ in 2004 which later evolved into 'Astha Bahl' in 2009. She has participated in five fashion weeks so far
