This will be the 1st contest to ever take place on HairliciousInc.com
The contest is set to take place 12:00am Friday October 16th, 2009.
At that point in time, you can begin to upload your photo (old or new). Once you upload your photo (1), tell your friends and family to vote. The winning photo will be chosen based on the most votes. The prize will be announced when the contest begins.
The contest will end 12:00am Saturday October 31st, 2009.
