Oh and I may be a bit late but Happy Derby Day. I normally (with the exception of my pregnancy in 2006) enjoy a delicious (if not several) Mint Julep. The perfect spring time cocktail. If you have not had the pleasure of enjoying one I suggest heading over to Flatiron Lounge on east 20th street in Manhattan and sampling this simply sensational libation!
