Video: Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas Dance The Jive on the 'DWTS' Finale

I loved their routine! You? I still can't believe they were voted off so early. :(
In other KCav related news, The Chicago Bears beat the San Diego Chargers, 31 - 20, for their fifth straight win on Sunday, Nov. 20, but unfortunately Jay Cutler (Kristin's fiance) also broke his right thumb during that game.
Jay underwent "successful" thumb surgery Wednesday, Nov. 23rd, in Vail, Colorado, and it is said he will be out "about six weeks."
Kristin tweeted after the 'Dancing with The Stars' finale:
"Had a blast dancing tonight - now on my way to be nurse Kristin for @JayCutler6 ;)"
awwww!

Carson Kressley tweeted this cute pic 2 days ago during rehearsal for the finale: "Separated at birth? @ChynnaPhillips @KristinCav"

Video: Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas outside the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" studios after appearing on the show to chat about their exit from "DWTS".
Cavallari told Kimmel she was "a little bit" surprised with the voting results.
"That is a great thing about this show," added Mark Ballas. "At the end of the day, it's viewers choice. We had a good score. Personally, I thought that Kristin was underscored. At the end of the day, I'm really proud. I'm super bummed."
"I know, I'm sad too," added Cavallari. "Maybe I didn't have a good enough story. It's hard to compete with memorable years. Mine was I graduated from high school and moved to L.A."
On Monday's show, contestants had to chose a dance that reflected their most challenging year. Noted Kimmel, "J.R. picked 2003, a year he was severely injured by a landmine in Iraq. Chyna Phillips picked the year she stopped abusing drugs. David Arquette did 2010, when his marriage fell apart and he started drinking heavily. Nancy Grace chose the year she had twins and they spent time in the ICU. Ricki Lake chose the year she got divorced and her house burned down. Your year was 2005, and it was most memorable because you had to choose between going to college and a reality show!"
"It wasn't a sob story," admitted Cavallari.
"You had to have a sob story. You have to make something up! Was this reality show harder than The Hills, where you shopped and ate lunch?" quipped Kimmel.
"It's much more physically demanding," laughed Cavallari, who said they rehearsed five to six hours a day.
When asked if she'd continue dancing, Cavallari said, "It was a lot of fun, and a great workout. It was nice to not have to go to the gym, so maybe."

Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas Voted Off Dancing With The Stars!

Kristin Cavallati & Mark Ballas who earned a standing ovation for their high-energy samba last night, were voted off ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” tonight in a stunning season 13 elimination that had the audience booing.
During Kristin's three weeks in the competition, the judges had praised her performances, she had scored well and had appeared to be making progress on the dance floor.
Elimination in the competition is based upon a combination of judges’ scores and audience votes. The celebrity with the lowest combined scores is sent home.
Cavallari, 24, and World Cup soccer star Hope Solo were both in jeopardy of being eliminated tonight. The audience booed when host Tom Bergeron was revealed that Cavallari had danced her last dance. Cavallari’s jaw dropped in surprise, and several people in the audience looked stunned.
“I’m a little surprised, to be honest, but I’ve had such a great time and I’ve had an awesome experience so it is what it is,” Cavallari told host Brooke Burke Charvet after being hugged by Ballas.
Goodman described Solo’s and Cavallari’s placement in the bottom two as “madness.”
“This is truly crazy,” he said. “My expectation was that these two couples would be fighting for the final … .”
I'm so disappointed : ( I though they were doing so well.

Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas' Furry Friend

When you're fed up with the samba, what's a Dancing with the Stars hopeful to do? If you're Kristin Cavallari you cuddle up to a furry friend!
"I had a rough day rehearsing. I started to pick it up at the end but the samba is hard!!" Cavallari Tweeted Thursday. During a break from practice, the dressed-down reality star was spotted hanging out with a super-affectionate pooch, who planted a wet kiss on her face as her partner Mark Ballas held the dog's leash.
The pair laughed and smiled while hanging out with the friendly visitor outside their Beverly Hills dance studio. Let's hope the mutt gave her all the motivation she needs to nail those steps!

Kristin Cavallari Channeling Marilyn Monroe

Kristin & Mark's dance was a hit with the crowd and most of the judges, par Len Goodman, who took aim at Mark for breaking a hold in the number.
“Apparently Mark’s a little bit of a rule-breaker,” Kristin laughed. “But for him, it’s more about what the crowd likes and the fans like rather than what the judge likes. So, yeah, we broke a couple rules, but, eh? What are you going to do?”
*Update*
Hooray- Kristin and Mark are safe and will compete next week!

Kristin Cavallari & Mark Ballas Expect People to Think They're Dating

By Dahvi Shira
Kristin Cavallari and Mark Ballas are both young, newly single and have great chemistry on the dance floor – otherwise known as the perfect recipe for a juicy dating rumor.
"That s––t's already started," Ballas, 25, who recently split from American Idol alum Pia Toscano, told PEOPLE on Tuesday of rumblings that he and his Dancing with the Stars partner Cavallari are an item. "She is a sweetheart. We have a lot of fun. We laugh a lot. We're getting along great."
Cavallari, 24 – whose engagement to Chicago Bears star Jay Cutler just ended – has no problems with people speculating that she and Ballas have more going on than fancy footwork.
"I kind of expect [the dating rumors], to be honest," she says. "But that's what happens when you put two people together."
Relationship gossip aside, the dancing duo is excited about what the season holds in the ballroom.
"I'm really proud of her progress," Ballas says. "We’re focusing on the routines and making the best performances for our fans. We're really grateful to them for voting for us."
Cavallari, who says next week's quickstep is "a little challenging," is relieved because she doesn't "think it's going to be any worse than the cha cha."
