Hi guys- as I mentioned in my last post I am going to sell my re-edition reiko. I haven't worn it and don't think i will. Its a 10 little indians limited re-edition. Its a size 6. As you know the number of reiko's made for the pop up shop were limited. It was the hottest selling dress in Mayle history - selling out BEFORE it hit the floor (I bought my black and buttercups the DAY the stock arrived in the back room!). Its new, and I still have the tag.

No End To Mayle

When I was visiting the Flickr group today I came across the invite to the Mayle event in Geneva. And it occurred to me, there is a Mayle world tour. There are pieces that have been specifically re-invented for this market, pieces I soooo would have given an arm for (well not literally, but I would have rather bough two Sakura dresses over a few of the final pieces I did acquire). It makes me wonder what fabrics is Jane using for this run? Will there be the gorgeous black and metallic fabric from the Lola dress? will a gorgeous violet from my beloved (and highly sought after) Vincennes show up? What Vanya will there be? Is Therese going to be re-imagined? And then OF course I had to email the store to see whats left - andlets be honest shipping from Geneva will be an arm and a leg (and I am sure that as its GENEVA) + being sold at a shop the prices will be similar to Metier but in Swiss francs.

I know this sounds crazy but if I wasn't a mom, I would have hopped on a plane to Switzerland to shop. I totally feel like I am still missing out on something and apparently, I am.

That said I have been having an on-off relationship regarding my re-edition reiko. I like it but feel i wont wear it. It bronze metallic and in unworn condition (I believe it came with a 10 little indians tag as it was made for the pop up shop but I have to look). I recently came across two other pieces I would wear more so I want to sell it. Its a size 6. email me if you are interested.
