Amber told me she doesn't liked to be photographed or interviewed (right now) WTH?. Anyway, I respected her requests even though I could have probably eaten well off the money I would have made if I didn't ask. C'est La Vie. Hopefully next time I will be able to photograph and interview her properly. I photographed her numerous times when she was the eye candy for Kanye West. Amber said she has a bunch of new projects going on and she will announce more soon.

Guitar Legend Richie Sambora of one of the World's most successful Rock Bands BON JOVI, lit up the Grove recently to promote his fashion line WHITE TRASH. Sambora was alot of fun and signed lots of autographs for fans.

Denise Richards Puts On A Brave Face

Former Dancing With The Stars Contestant, Denise Richards was recently on the publicity circuit to promote her stint on Spike TV’s comedy “Blue Mountain State” but was interrupted with the shenanigans of her ex husband Charlie Sheen. While on a trip to New York with their daughters, Sheen found himself being in a compromising situation with a porn star which eventually got him taken to the hospital by New York Police. It has to be unsettling for a mother to watch the father of her children having so many of the same sex worker, drug drama and hospital/rehab encounters that Charlie Sheen has had. Meanwhile the TV executives who own TWO and 1/2 Men are doing the spin of boys (Charlie) will be boys. The CBS show is a cash cow for the network and very popular with fans so it appears no matter what Sheen does short of killing someone (but then again he might get away with it) the show must go on even if Charlie has to say his lines from a straight jacket.

I'm going overseas early next year! Between now and our final mobilization date I will be gone for a considerable amount of time for various training. Unfortunately, I will not be able to post regularly here but I will try as best I can when I have time!

Once again thank you to all who have taken the time to read this blog and make it what it is. I never dreamed I'd have so much support on here from fellow Americans when I first decided to start this thing out of disgust for the way our country was being destroyed.

Sadly, due to OPSEC (Operational Security) I cannot provide any further details on the deployment but I will say that the country I will be heading to is the giant sandbox, Iraq for Operation New Dawn.

I'm excited to go over and, ironically, I'll probably have more time to blog while there than the current preceding months here.

Anyway, just thought I should give a heads up to you all.

Another major upset and proving the power of the Tea Party vote, Audrina Patridge & her partner Tony Dovolani were voted off Dancing With The Stars even though they were 2nd on the leader board whereas Bristol Palin was 2nd to the bottom. As anyone familiar with the show will tell you, Audrina & Tony gave a 110%.

'The View': Joy Behar tells Sharron Angle to 'go to hell, bitch'

Joy Behar condemned a political ad by Nevada Republican Senate nominee Sharron Angle as fomenting racial divisiveness. The View aired Angle’s latest TV ad on the talk show on Tuesday morning. Looking at the camera, Behar addressed Angle, calling her a “bitch” and concluding that Angle is “going to hell, this bitch.”


Behar described the ad as “a Hitler youth commercial,” said Angle is “a moron on top of being evil” and also dared Angle to “do this ad in the South Bronx,” implying that New Yorkers wouldn’t stand for it.

Joy Behar of all people calling someone else a bitch???  Talk about irony! Here is the ad she got so worked up over.

I asked Corky Ballas and Kyle Massey recently on how to Win Dancing With The Stars and if my theory was on point...

One week from victory.

This time next week America will have let her voice be heard loud and clear. It's not a matter of if the collectivists will be beaten, but how bad.

As of right now, the mudslinging and dirty campaign politics is in high gear. I'm about sick of hearing about it at this point. I'm sick of seeing negative political ads in black and white with a female voiceover and bold statements blabbering on about, "Well Joe Smith did this....". I'm sick of Democrats complaining about how they don't deserve the proper credit for "what they've done." I'm sick of media headlines demonizing the Tea Party. I'm sick of 0bama acting like a foolish, immature child.                                                                


Above all, I'm sick of Barack Obama, Harry Reid, and Nancy Pelosi's arrogance. These three are quite possibly the worst trio of leaders this nation has ever had to endure. I haven't been around long, and perhaps I'm letting my emotions get the best of me, but my gosh, if I could cut a deal so I wouldn't ever have to see their faces or hear their voices ever again for the rest of my life by golly I'd pay a hefty sum.

Bottom line, none of the above stuff matters. In less than a week these three are going to receive a monumental beatdown from the American people. I have a feeling even that won't humble them.

But it will sure make this American happy.

Tea Sisters Outing

Last Sunday my "Tea Sisters" and I visited two area Plantations.

"Oak Alley" Plantation and "The Laura" Plantation, in

Vacharie, LA.

The first one (Oak Alley) was also having a "Fall Arts and Crafts Show" on the grounds that day.

It's one of those events where they happen to serve great local food as well.

Not counting all the other Louisiana foods....BBQ "pulled pork," Ettoufee, and tons of other delightful entrees.

Then there were the  PRALINES...which Marsha and I both bought and ate.

I also bought a big, huge bag of "Kettle Corn" for Don Mahan.

Always a good ideal to "include" the husband...even if he didn't go with us. Keeps us all happy that way. HA!

We were hot and weren't really in the mood to shop much.

Because of the extreme heat, (yes it is mid October here) we decided to walk up to the Plantation House after a bit of

walking around in the hot sun looking at the goods for sale.

"Oak Alley" is what every person "envisions" a Plantation to look like. And it doesn't disappoint one at all.

While the majority of the media on Friday was on Lindsay Lohan, I was covering a bigger story. Derek Hough actually smiling. That is a little bit of an inside joke.
Lindsay Lohan is used to getting attention for destructive behavior so I decided not to feed the addiction. I made a conscious decision not to cover her appearance in court on Friday. Lohan is responsible for her own actions and self destructive tendencies grow if rewarded. What would happen to Lindsay Lohan and her family if we all wished them well and STOPPED Giving our ATTENTION TO THEM?

The Parking Is Too Damn High Party

Jimmy McMillian running for Governor of New York has got me thinking. Maybe I should run for Los Angeles politics. One of the first things I would change is that
the Parking is TOO DAMN HIGH in Hollywood/Los Angeles. One has to have a Master's Degree in parking enforcement to comprehend some of the signs regarding parking. One sign can have several different rules regarding parking length for different days of the week and worse yet for even the same day.
The parking meters run $3.00 per hour. And the majority now accept credit cards. What we loose for the feeling of convenience is security. Does anyone else besides me feel a little queasy about putting their credit card in a meter on Hollywood Blvd.? Will we be hearing soon of an illegal card reader installed on parking meters and people having their private banking information compromised resulting in another form of identity theft. Who wants to put their consumer dollars in a city that one gets a $55 ticket if your meter expires while your waiting for a store clerk? I'm aware Los Angeles is broke (allegedly) but one way to put more money back in the city is to get people to shop there instead of penalizing them for parking. Hollywood seems to have a "Get In GET OUT policy". Also on Friday and Saturday night the meters run till a 11pm I believe. Plus one has the distinct possibility of getting their car towed if they are visiting the city and don't comprehend the signs or are unfamiliar with the meters.
The severity of punishment for an expired meter is TOO DAMN HIGH. The infraction is not equal to the cost of the ticket. It is unfair and because the politicians can't handle the budgets of the city, the residents of California and tourists shouldn't be penalized for their lack of accounting skills. Maybe if parking in Hollywood was encouraged more people would frequent the local businesses. Increasing business revenue would bring more jobs to Hollywood/Los Angeles. Over the last year or so, I've noticed how Hollywood Blvd is turning into a a cruel Time State. With the harassment of the LAPD with loitering threats, cameras every where, high parking meters and restricted parking etc., if you visit Hollywood unless you pay to park your car at a garage for $10 a day, you aren't welcome to be there. Is that the way we want to treat local consumers, shop owners and tourists? Do we want money in or out?

I followed a link at Left Coast Rebel to this "article" at the Huffington Post.

It reads...

Folks, I'm worried about Rush Limbaugh. Has anyone ever exploded, you know, burst apart, like if we humans had seams and they just burst open and guts and shit shot out in every direction?


Has that ever happened to anyone any of you have ever known even in the wildest of election seasons? 'Cause listening to Limbaugh in my car today, carrying on about Obama with less than two weeks to the midterms -- and I'm someone who's heard him a lot and knows what a screamer he is -- I wonder how he can carry on like the kid you knew up the block who could stand there and holler dumbness until his face got red as a radish (oh, My God, is that where "redneck" comes from?!) and today, riding with my car windows down, I thought, "This guy is gonna split a gut so bad I better put my car windows up even if I'm in LA and he's broadcasting from Florida."


So I put the windows up and when I got to a computer, I checked to see if Mr. Limbaugh was still in one piece or scattered in bits and pieces across the landscape, a chunk of bladder here, a piece of pituitary there and maybe his mouth around the wide end of a megaphone somewhere.


I'm happy to say I worried for nothing. Mr. Limbaugh was still in one piece. But one piece of -- what?

Yes, this is a serious piece of journalism posted at the Huffington Post who tout themselves, "The Internet Newspaper". Well apparently this is one newspaper who hires 6 years olds as columnists.

This so called "rant" against Rush Limbaugh was not only poorly conceived, it was written horribly, in poor taste, and not even funny. Even if I was a Rush Limbaugh hating liberal, I would not find this the least bit entertaining.

The Left, you disappoint me! Time to turn on some Chris Matthews...

NPR shows its true colors

People often overlook NPR when it comes to categorizing or ranking media outlets for political bias. While MSNBC is often regarded as the the most overtly biased network, I beg to differ. NPR is, in my opinion, the most extreme left wing news outlet in this country, and proud of it.

This is evident in the recent firing of news analyst Juan Williams, who to many could be considered one of the more left of center political commentators out there, though surprisingly possessing some common sense at the same time.

Perhaps that is why NPR fired him. In a recent appearance on the Bill O'Reilly show Williams said...

"Look, Bill, I'm not a bigot. You know the kind of books I've written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous."

Yes, that's it. How dare you Juan Williams you intolerant, insensitive, racist...who happens to be, uh, a black liberal. ???

That in itself should tell you where NPR lies on the political spectrum.
